Factory Coordinator Position Factory Coordinator Location Sondalia Barasat Industry Manufacturing Production Experience 2-5 Years Excel Skill Advanced Mandatory About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Factory Coordinator to manage daily production operations maintain accurate records and support factory efficiency The candidate must have solid communication skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel including data analysis reporting and automation Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth workflow between production dispatch and stores Prepare and maintain production reports daily output sheets and manpower tracking Utilize Advanced Excel for data analysis MIS reporting and monitoring KPIs Manage inventory levels material planning and stock reconciliation Follow-up with the production team on targets timelines and process deviations Assist in quality checks documentation and compliance records Support management in operational planning and process improvements Prepare dashboards charts and pivot-based reports for management review Maintain and update factory logs attendance records and consumable usage Coordinate with procurement logistics and HR teams for factory-related requirements Required Skills Qualifications Graduate in any discipline preferred background in manufacturing operations Advanced MS Excel skills Pivot Table VLOOKUP XLOOKUP HLOOKUP Power Query Conditional Formatting MIS reporting Strong analytical and data-handling abilities Excellent coordination communication and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of factory processes production flow and inventory management Preferred Attributes Experience working in manufacturing or factory operations Knowledge of ERP SAP Tally will be an added advantage Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work in a growing manufacturing environment Career growth and skill development Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
