Company Description Company specializes in diverse areas including due diligence real estate credit underwriting stress asset resolution project management consultancy and financial services The company also provides CFO services digital transformation solutions and asset management expertise With its multi-faceted approach company is committed to delivering innovative and efficient solutions to resolve the challenges stress projects pan India This is a full-time office role for the Head of the Technical Department based in Mulund Mumbai The Head of Technical Department will oversee and manage technical operations for the Real Estate projects pan India undertaken by company for various financial institutions and AIFs Responsibilities include Cost to Complete assessment Quality Assurance Cost Certification Approval Compliance Variance assessment of Budgeted Vs Actual Cost and managing team of engineers located at project site pan India Technical head would also undertake technical due diligence for real estate projects pan India The role will also focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions while fostering collaboration across departments Qualificationso Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering Civl and Member of RICS o Prior exposure of more than 8 to 10 years to real estate worked with Real Estate Developer Contractors and or Technical due diligence Agencieso Project Management skills to oversee the planning implementation and completion of Real Estate projectso Excellent communication Team management and leadership abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 11 609 74 - 56 363 62 per month Work Location In person
