Role Overview The Accounts Assistant will support day-to-day accounting operations including invoice processing bank reconciliation maintaining financial records and assisting with reports and audits The role requires accuracy strong record-keeping skills and good knowledge of accounting software especially Tally Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records ledgers journals and supporting documents Enter daily financial transactions into Tally and other accounting software Prepare record and file invoices handle accounts payable and receivable Process vendor bills track payments and reconcile vendor statements Perform regular bank reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing activities Assist in preparing financial reports MIS statements and basic analysis Support payroll-related documentation and coordination when required Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary data and reports Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with company policies Required Skills Qualifications Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel mandatory Robust attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Experience with accounting software beyond Tally is an added advantage Education Experience Bachelor s degree diploma in Commerce Accounting or Finance or any degree 1-3 years of experience in accounting or administrative finance roles manufacturing jewellery industry preferred but not mandatory Personal Attributes Reliable disciplined and process-oriented Strong numerical ability and analytical mind-set Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment How to Apply Interested candidates can contact Manish Babu 78068 08905 Email hr scarlett in Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 500 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
