Key Responsibilities Refrigeration System Maintenance Oversee operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems compressors condensers evaporators etc Perform routine checks on cold storage and freezing units Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration issues ensuring safety and compliance Ensure refrigerants are handled legally and systems stay within temperature range Electrical Maintenance Maintain and troubleshoot electrical equipment motors control panels breakers etc Diagnose issues with power distribution and backup systems Support installations and upgrades while ensuring safe efficient operations Preventive Maintenance Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedule Inspect and maintain machinery conveyors refrigeration units electrical components Document activities and analyze logs for recurring issues Safety Compliance Follow company and regulatory safety standards Comply with food safety and environmental regulations Train junior staff in equipment safety and handling Technical Support Support production teams in resolving electrical and refrigeration issues Recommend process improvements for efficiency Collaborate with Production QC and Procurement teams Emergency Response Respond to urgent breakdowns Implement corrective measures to prevent repeat failures Inventory Management Manage spare parts inventory for refrigeration and electrical systems Ensure tools and materials are maintained and organized Qualifications and Experience Education Bachelor s or Diploma in Electrical Mechanical Engineering or related field Certifications in refrigeration electrical safety preferred Experience Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience preferred industry is manufacturing or food processing Experience with cold storage or frozen food facilities preferred Hands-on with motors control panels wiring HVAC systems Skills Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proficient in diagnostic tools and maintenance software Effective communicator and team player Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and maintenance cost control Familiarity with food safety and compliance standards is a plus Personal Attributes High attention to detail and organization Ability to work under pressure Proactive in solving maintenance issues Strong collaboration and communication skills Prefer candidates from Navi Mumbai or near by location Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
