We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing IT consultants negotiating contracts and working with vendors clients and Tier-1 partners This role requires expertise in handling the complete sales cycle of bench candidates from sourcing requirements to final placement Experience 2-5 years in Bench Sales Recruitment in the US IT Staffing Industry Key Responsibilities Bench Marketing Sales Market H1B OPT CPT GC and US Citizen consultants across various technologies Develop relationships with Tier-1 vendors clients and implementation partners Proactively reach out to potential clients and vendors for recent opportunities Utilize job boards Dice Monster CareerBuilder LinkedIn etc and networking for marketing consultants End-to-End Recruitment Identify and submit qualified candidates for suitable job openings Negotiate rates and contract terms with vendors and clients Follow up with clients for interview feedback and onboarding procedures Maintain records of candidates client interactions and placement details Networking Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants clients and vendor partners Engage in consultant retention and understand their skill sets and preferences Provide excellent customer service and ensure high consultant satisfaction Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Experience US Bench Sales 10 years Required Work Location In person
