We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and placing our bench consultants to various client and vendor requirements This role requires strong networking skills knowledge of US staffing and immigration processes and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships with vendors clients and consultants Key Responsibilities Market and place bench consultants US Citizens GC H1B OPT CPT etc with direct clients Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners Source job requirements from portals such as Dice Monster Indeed LinkedIn and through networking Screen job requirements match them with consultant skill sets and submit suitable profiles Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients to close deals effectively Maintain daily communication with bench consultants to track availability and gather updated skill sets Schedule interviews coordinate with all stakeholders and follow up for feedback Maintain an updated database of vendors clients job requirements and consultant profiles Stay up to date with current market trends technologies and hiring demands Job Type Full time Pay Up to 80 000 00 per month Experience Bench Sales 4 years Required Work Location In person
