Key Responsibilities1 Project Planning Coordination Prepare detailed project plans work schedules and milestones for road construction activities Coordinate with design consultants survey teams and government authorities Ensure necessary approvals permits and NOCs are obtained before project execution 2 Site Management Execution Oversee daily construction activities including earthwork subgrade GSB WMM DBM BC culverts drainage and utility shifting Ensure adherence to approved drawings technical specifications and contract documents Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality 3 Resource Contractor Management Manage subcontractors labour plant machinery allocation and materials procurement Monitor productivity and provide technical guidance to engineers supervisors and site teams Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure resource optimization 4 Quality Assurance Safety Implement QA QC procedures for material testing soil aggregates bitumen concrete Ensure compliance with IRC MORTH and project specifications Enforce safety protocols conduct toolbox talks and maintain a safe work setting 5 Cost Control Budgeting Prepare and manage project budgets BOQs RA bills and cost estimates Control wastage and monitor material consumption Identify variations claims and assist in contractual documentation 6 Progress Reporting Communication Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports Conduct progress review meetings with client representatives and senior management Maintain documentation site records and project correspondence 7 Risk Management Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies Manage delays by implementing corrective actions to keep the project on schedule Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 70 000 00 - 140 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
