POSITION B2B SALES MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION 1 Channel Partner Acquisition Identifying and onboarding recent partners providing them with training and support and working with them to achieve sales targets through networking referrals and meetings for debt investment products 2 Channel Partner Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners understanding their financial aim goals and risk tolerance 3 Channel Partner Meetings Schedule and conduct regular channel partner meetings to review their financial vision debt investment products or services and to discuss any changes in their financial situation or goals Follow up on action items from channel partner meetings promptly and efficiently ensuring all inquiries and requests are addressed 4 Compliance Ensure all channel partner interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS -Bachelor s degree is required -Minimum 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales Channel Partner who is well aware with creating recent channel partner and its protocols as well -Ability to analyse the potential channel partners and building network with them in order to achieve both company and channel partner goals mutually -Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must -Experience in debt investments products and services Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 350 000 00 - 550 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Ability to commute relocate Vesu Village Surat Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Are you graduated Do you have personal vehicle Can you speak Gujarati fluently Willingness to travel 100 Required Work Location In person
