We are looking for a skilled IT Product Trainer to educate and upskill our employees on a wide range of IT products The ideal candidate will ensure that our team has the technical understanding and confidence needed to effectively sell position and support IT devices and solutions Key Responsibilities Conduct in-house training sessions for employees on IT products such as laptops desktops accessories networking devices and related technologies Develop clear and engaging training materials modules and presentations Train staff on product specifications features benefits usage and basic troubleshooting Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback and additional support where needed Stay updated on new product launches tech trends and competitive products Qualifications Experience in IT product training or technical education preferably in the electronics IT retail or distribution sector Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to simplify technical information for better understanding Good knowledge of IT hardware accessories and basic networking Solid organizational skills and attention to detail Location Kannur Kozhikode Pay As per industry standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Experience total work 2 years Required Work Location In person
