Description QBurst is expanding its digital marketing automation practice and seeking a agile Marketing Automation Analyst with expertise in Braze and other Marketing Automation tools You will be part of an AI-driven transformation journey helping shape the future of personalized marketing experiences across multiple channels and platforms In this role You will be responsible for designing implementing MA platform as per Customer requirement and also responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns on Braze and other MA platforms enabling personalized data-driven communication This role offers hands-on exposure to automation workflows multi-channel campaigns and integrations with other marketing tools Responsibilities Design and implement customer journeys and campaigns within Braze and different MA platforms email push in-app SMS etc Translate business and marketing goals into effective automation workflows Configure audience segmentation personalization logic and event-based triggers Collaborate with data design and content teams to ensure campaign accuracy and delivery Support basic integrations between Braze and other marketing tools or data systems Perform campaign testing QA and performance monitoring Troubleshoot delivery segmentation and data flow issues in collaboration with senior team members Document solutions and provide platform support during releases Stay updated with the latest trends in marketing automation personalization and AI-driven engagement Requirements 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation and Customer Engagement platforms At least 2 years working on Braze must have Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Adobe Campaign Marketo or HubSpot is an advantage Working knowledge of JavaScript HTML SQL or JSON for basic scripting and troubleshooting Understanding of REST APIs and webhooks conceptual or basic hands-on Platform certifications in marketing automation tools are preferred
