experience is required Position Overview The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing organizing and coordinating maintenance activities for company equipment at one or more locations This role ensures asset reliability and availability while optimizing costs and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards The position typically oversees a direct workforce of fewer than 100 personnel and collaborates closely with operations management to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies The role involves budget management performance monitoring through lead and lag measures and driving continuous improvement initiatives The Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and directly contributes to cost management and service quality Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate maintenance activities for equipment across assigned locations Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies in collaboration with operations teams Optimize resource utilization including workforce facilities and equipment to meet reliability and cost objectives Establish and monitor lead and lag measures to ensure compliance with HSE and quality programs Prepare and manage maintenance budgets ensuring cost efficiency and operational effectiveness Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders for seamless information exchange and service delivery Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset performance and reduce downtime Knowledge Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of maintenance strategy development and implementation Expertise in applying lead and lag indicators for compliance and performance improvement In-depth knowledge of maintenance operations and procedures in Oil Gas and Aviation sectors Ability to lead and develop maintenance teams including training and performance management Proficiency in managing resources and coordinating activities at optimal cost Business acumen including financial reporting and cost control Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems CMMS Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor s degree in STEM discipline Mechanical Electrical or related field preferred Minimum 15 years of experience in maintenance or manufacturing operations including
