Job Title HR Manager - Manufacturing Startup Location Sri City Andhra Pradesh Employment Type Full-time On-site Availability Immediate joiners preferred Experience Required 10-15 years About the Company We are hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing manufacturing startup located in Sri City Andhra Pradesh focused on building a dynamic and efficient workplace We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can take ownership of HR operations compliance and employee engagement while supporting the company s growth journey Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment on-boarding attendance payroll coordination and employee relations Implement and maintain HR policies procedures and statutory compliance as per labor laws Handle factory-level HR operations including contract labor management and coordination with contractors Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive productive work culture Support leadership in manpower planning performance management and talent retention Liaise with external agencies auditors and government departments for compliance and documentation Manage grievances disciplinary procedures and ensure smooth HR functioning on the shop floor Required Skills Qualifications MBA PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification 10-15 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup factory or plant HR experience is a must Excellent knowledge of statutory compliance labor laws and HR best practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills Hands-on proactive and capable of independently handling end-to-end HR functions Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Sri City Andhra Pradesh Salary Commensurate with experience and industry standards Job Type Full time Pay 1 300 000 00 - 1 500 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Application Question s Are you currently residing in and around Sri City Andhra Pradesh Do you have at least 10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or factory setup Are you available to join immediately or within 15 days Work Location In person
