Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager - HR to handle end-to-end recruitment employee relations training development and campus hiring initiatives This role requires excellent communication skills strategic thinking and the ability to build strong relationships with employees management and external institutions Traveling may be required for campus drives client meetings or branch visits Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions sourcing screening interviews onboarding Develop effective hiring strategies to attract quality candidates Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of positions 2 Training Development Identify training needs through performance evaluations and manager feedback Plan and execute training programs for employees technical soft skills Coordinate internal and external trainers Monitor training outcomes and prepare reports 3 Campus Hiring Internships Plan and conduct campus recruitment drives across colleges Build and maintain relationships with college placement cells Represent the company at job fairs seminars and hiring events Manage internship programs and ensure smooth onboarding 4 Employee Relations Engagement Handle employee grievances and ensure a healthy work culture Conduct one-on-one meetings and maintain strong employee connect Plan engagement activities team-building events and HR initiatives Ensure discipline compliance and positive workplace communication 5 HR Operations Assist in performance management processes Support attendance leave management and HR documentation Handle joining formalities induction and exit processes Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain employee data in HR systems 6 Travel Requirement Travel for campus drives branch visits training programs or recruitment events as required Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in HR Business Administration or related field 2-5 years of experience in HR recruitment training and employee relations preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and take initiative Willingness to travel for company events and hiring activities Preferred Qualities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and people-centric approach Experience with HRMS tools MS Office and recruitment platforms Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
