Installation and maintenance of products at customer s site To coordinate and work in conjunction with other departments as and when required to Troubleshoot and identify the correct part necessary to repair equipment and to correct customer problems Responsible for conducting service and demonstration activities at customer sites and should be willing to travel as and when required Inspect equipment to accurately identify all device parameters that do not meet product specifications Proficiently use all test equipment related to the testing of assigned devices Perform major repairs with accepted technical practices Answers technical questions from customers and internal staff Documents test results and equipment history Travels for onsite repairs and installations Provide effective efficient technical support assistance and service to our customers in a qualified and courteous manner via inbound calling on-line chat support portals and ticketing Upon completion of any work on site the engineer is required to complete and submit all relevant reports backups and signed documentation Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Experience medical equipment installation and maintenance 3 years Required troubleshooting 3 years Required Work Location In person
