About ZMotion ZMotion Autonomous Systems Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing UAV manufacturing and R D organization delivering high-quality autonomous systems across India With a strong foundation in engineering innovation and precision manufacturing we have grown from a small R D team to a 140-member organization delivering cutting-edge UAV solutions We are expanding our production capability and seeking skilled team members to support our manufacturing operations Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented BOM WIP Executive to support our Production Procurement and R D teams This role plays a critical link between engineering design and production ensuring accurate BOM creation proper WIP tracking and smooth material flow throughout the manufacturing lifecycle Key Responsibilities Create update and maintain Bills of Materials BOMs for UAV systems sub-assemblies and components Track and manage Work-in-Progress WIP across production stages ensuring accuracy in material consumption Coordinate with R D Production and Procurement teams for part specifications material requirements and engineering change updates Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy of item codes quantities and revision history in BOM Monitor production movement maintain job card documentation and support routing sheet creation Identify BOM discrepancies and raise Engineering Change Requests ECR when required Ensure timely updating of BOM and WIP data in the ERP Inventory Management system Support material planning by providing BOM-level consumption details shortages and forecasting data Generate daily weekly WIP and BOM reports for management review Required Qualifications Diploma BE in Mechanical Aeronautical Electronics Electrical Industrial Engineering or similar 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing documentation BOM creation or production coordination freshers with internship experience may apply Strong understanding of manufacturing processes assembly flow and technical documentation Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems Preferred Skills Experience in UAV aerospace or electronics manufacturing Understanding of part numbering systems routing and engineering drawings Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams with accuracy and clarity Job Type Full time Pay 250 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Benefits Food provided Health insurance Ability to commute relocate Bangalore Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Procurement 1 year Preferred Language Kannada Required Location Bangalore Karnataka Required Work Location In person
