The ideal candidate should not only have a keen eye for design aesthetics but also the ability to create story-driven visual content that captivates audiences across digital and print platforms He she will be working closely with our marketing branding and content teams to design compelling creatives that effectively communicate our brand s story and values Key Responsibilities Overhauling of existing image branding of our company and conceptualize and design visual storytelling content such as social media creatives infographics presentations web graphics brand campaigns and motion visuals Must have knowledge of using latest AI tools to get the job done faster Experience in using and converting images from templates of Envato Adobe etc Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas narratives and strategies into visual stories that resonate with target audiences Design brand-consistent assets banners ads newsletters website visuals pitch decks brochures etc Utilize the latest design tools AI-based platforms and creative software to enhance design quality speed and storytelling impact Develop visual frameworks and templates that make brand communication clear engaging and scalable Stay updated with emerging design trends formats and storytelling techniques to keep the brand s visuals fresh and innovative Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards Collaborate with video editors animators and copywriters to ensure seamless storytelling across mediums Required Skills Expertise Must have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products like - Illustrator Photoshop InDesign and CorelDRAW knowledge of AE or Premiere Pro is preferred but not Mandatory Experience with Figma Canva or Envato for modern interactive designs Strong understanding of visual appeal typography colour psychology and brand identity Ability to craft visual narratives that make data ideas and concepts easy to understand Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt to different styles tones of design Note - Robust portfolio showcasing story-driven design projects across different media is mandatory Experience working in branding marketing or media agencies is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
