We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Lumion D5 Render and other visualization tools The role involves handling end-to-end design development client coordination and working closely with project teams to deliver innovative functional and aesthetically solid design solutions Key Responsibilities Lead the design development process from concept to execution Prepare detailed architectural drawings 3D models and renders using AutoCAD SketchUp Lumion D5 etc Collaborate with clients consultants and contractors to ensure design intent and project requirements are met Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality standards Mentor and guide junior team members in design and software skills Prepare presentations as required Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Architecture B Arch Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in architectural design and project handling Strong proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Lumion D5 Render knowledge of Photoshop InDesign or Enscape will be an added advantage Excellent visualization design and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of architectural detailing materials and construction techniques Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good communication and client-handling skills Preferred Skills Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices Experience in preparing working drawings and GFC sets Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
