Job Title Site Engineer - Real Estate Location Karnal Department Engineering Construction Job Summary The Site Engineer plays a critical role in overseeing the execution of real estate construction projects from conception to completion They are responsible for managing all on-site engineering activities ensuring adherence to quality standards safety protocols and construction timelines The role involves close collaboration with the project team architects contractors and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise site execution teams and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely completion of work targets Review and interpret construction drawings BOQs and technical specifications Ensure quality control at every stage of construction and conduct regular inspections Coordinate with architects consultants subcontractors and suppliers for technical and execution-related matters Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily progress reports material consumption labor deployment and measurement sheets Identify and resolve technical and operational issues at the site Plan and allocate resources manpower materials machinery effectively Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations Support the Project Manager in cost monitoring scheduling and billing processes Train and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors Attend review meetings and provide accurate progress updates to management Skills and Competencies In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes and standards Strong leadership coordination and decision-making abilities Ability to interpret technical drawings and resolve on-site discrepancies Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and project management tools Excellent communication and team management skills Commitment to safety quality and timely delivery Qualification Experience Education B E B Tech in Civil Engineering Diploma with strong experience may also be considered Experience Minimum 5-10 years in civil construction real estate projects with at least 2-3 years in a senior or supervisory role Additional Requirements Ability to manage multiple contractors and work fronts Willingness to be stationed full-time at the project site Solid analytical and reporting skills How to Apply Interested Candidate may send cv at office opsrealty com Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
