We are looking for a creative and energetic Reels Content Creator who can shoot and edit short-form videos at our office and nearby locations The ideal candidate should have a positive sense of trends storytelling and basic video editing skills This role is completely on-site and involves creating daily engaging content that highlights our office culture travel tips team activities and behind-the-scenes visuals for Instagram YouTube Shorts Key Responsibilities - Content Creation Shoot daily reels at the VVT office and surrounding areas Capture behind-the-scenes team activities client interactions when allowed workspace vibes and travel-related clips Create 8-10 short video clips per day Editing Post-Production Edit reels using CapCut VN Adobe InShot Add trending music transitions subtitles and effects Maintain brand style consistency Social Media Support Identify trending reels soundtracks Suggest creative ideas for daily weekly content Film content aligned with VVT campaigns travel packages offers office culture etc Requirements Basic to good skill in shooting videos using mobile camera Knowledge of trending reels transitions social media aesthetics Basic editing skills CapCut VN Adobe is a plus Ability to shoot confidently around people manage on-spot directions Good sense of angles lighting composition Reliability and punctuality this is an on-site role Preferred Qualities Creative mindset Energetic personality Understanding of Instagram algorithm Ability to work fast and deliver daily content Comfortable working on-camera and behind the camera both if needed Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
