Job Title HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition HR Operations Location- Mumbai About the Company Join a fast-growing innovative online real estate platform that is transforming property search and transactions across India We are committed to building a dynamic team that drives excellence in talent management and operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding across various functions Support HR Operations including employee lifecycle management attendance tracking payroll coordination and compliance with labor laws Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and legal compliance Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes Maintain HR records generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies benefits and workplace issues Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for recruitment and HR services as needed Assist in training and development activities and support organizational development initiatives Qualifications Experience Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Experience in the real estate technology or related sectors is preferred Good understanding of recruitment best practices labor laws and HR policies Solid interpersonal communication and organizational skills Proficient in HRIS and recruitment tools Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Job Type Full-time Pay 50 737 30 - 84 596 79 per month Work Location In person
