Industry Manufacturing We are seeking a proactive detail-oriented and reliable HR Cum Admin Executive to oversee the smooth functioning of our factory operations and administrative processes The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both HR functions and factory facility management including vendor coordination compliance and office administration Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping security pantry and office maintenance Coordinate with vendors for facility-related services and ensure timely delivery of work Monitor and maintain office infrastructure utilities and equipment to ensure smooth functioning Manage office supplies stationery and procurement activities Support in travel arrangements accommodation and logistics for staff when required Ensure compliance with health safety and statutory regulations in the workplace Assist in managing petty cash facility bills and expense records Provide general administrative support to the management and employees Handle attendance leave tracking and payroll support activities Assist in onboarding and maintaining employee records Key Skills Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic knowledge of facility management and administration practices Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or related fields Experience Required Minimum 2 years HR and Factory Administration Language Hindi Preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 23 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Leave encashment Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person
