We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Data Inventory Order Processing Coordinator to manage product data entry barcode generation inventory tracking and online order fulfillment for our retail and e-commerce operations This role ensures that all products are accurately recorded in our system labeled with the correct barcodes efficiently tracked for stock management and shipped to customers promptly and accurately Key Responsibilities Create and maintain product data including names descriptions prices and SKUs in the inventory system Generate and print barcodes for current products ensuring proper labeling for retail and warehouse use Monitor inventory levels conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies Process online orders from placement to fulfillment including picking packing and shipping coordination Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of online orders while maintaining communication with customers on order status Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to update product availability pricing and online listings Identify slow-moving or out-of-stock items and suggest restocking or clearance strategies Coordinate with shipping carriers and maintain accurate shipment records Ensure compliance with internal inventory and shipping procedures to maintain operational accuracy Assist in streamlining data inventory and order processing workflows for improved efficiency Qualifications Skills Experience with inventory management or e-commerce order management systems e g Shopify WooCommerce or similar Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to manage both in-store and online stock levels and generate inventory reports Proficiency in barcode creation label printing and basic shipping documentation Excellent organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills Prior experience in retail inventory management or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus This role is crucial in maintaining accurate product data ensuring smooth inventory flow and delivering a seamless order experience for our customers both in-store and online If you thrive in a structured environment and enjoy managing data logistics and details we d love to hear from you Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month
