We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding You will play a key role in building a solid workforce that aligns with the company s goals and culture Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Source candidates using various channels job portals LinkedIn referrals networking and social media Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers Coordinate and facilitate the interview process to ensure a smooth candidate experience Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs Maintain recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements Promote the company s employer brand to attract top talent Stay updated on current recruiting trends tools and best practices Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Proven experience as an HR Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and sourcing tools Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunities for career growth and professional development A collaborative and supportive work environment Exposure to diverse recruitment projects and industries Job Type Full-time Pay 9 291 23 - 31 069 71 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Work Location In person
