Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Windows Showroom Sales Executive to lead the sales and day-to-day operations of our aluminium windows and doors showroom in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving showroom sales, converting inquiries into confirmed orders, managing customer relationships, conducting site visits, coordinating installations, and ensuring exceptional after-sales service.

This role requires someone who can confidently represent the company, build trust with customers, and contribute directly to business growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and technical skills related to aluminium window systems. Preference will be given to candidates based in Ahmedabad or nearby locations with knowledge of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Marketing
- Welcome walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Meet prospective clients at the showroom and present suitable aluminium window and door solutions.
- Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits,



system specifications, and available customization options.
- Share quotations with customers in a timely manner.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and individual customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Maintain a high customer conversion ratio through effective sales techniques.

2. Site Visits & Project Coordination
- Visit customer sites for measurements, project discussions, and requirement analysis.
- Coordinate with customers before installation to ensure site readiness.
