About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Strategist who can become the strategic brain behind our brands.

This role is not just about marketing execution. You will be responsible for thinking, conceptualizing, defining direction, and building the strategy that shapes how a brand grows and communicates.

We are looking for someone who can look at a brand and answer: What should this brand stand for? Who should it speak to? How should it be positioned? What should we do next? And how can we make people care?

Key Responsibilities

Develop the overall brand strategy, positioning, and direction.

Conceptualize new campaigns, ideas, narratives, and brand initiatives.

Develop creative and strategic briefs for the content, design, and performance teams.

Define brand voice, messaging, personality, and communication direction.

Understand the target audience, market, competitors, and consumer behaviour.





Develop marketing and content strategies aligned with business objectives.

Generate cutting-edge campaign concepts and growth ideas.

Identify trends, opportunities, and new ways to make the brand stand out.

Work closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure ideas are executed according to the strategic vision.

Analyse campaign and brand performance and continuously refine the strategy.

Think beyond individual campaigns and build a long-term brand roadmap.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, advertising, creative strategy, or a similar role.

Strong conceptual and strategic thinking.

Excellent understanding of branding, consumer psychology, marketing, and communication.

Ability to turn business objectives into strong brand ideas and strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and current cult
