Key Responsibilities:
Teaching:
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in law, including core and specialized subjects based on academic expertise and departmental requirements.
- Develop, review, and update course materials, syllabi, teaching methodologies, and assessments in alignment with university policies, academic standards, and student learning outcomes.
- Mentor and advise undergraduate and postgraduate law students on academic progress, research activities, internships, career planning, and professional development.
- Supervise dissertations, research projects, moot court activities, legal clinics, internships, and other experiential learning activities.
- Provide academic leadership in curriculum development, innovative teaching practices, and the continuous improvement of legal education.




- Foster an inclusive, engaging, and intellectually stimulating learning setting that promotes critical thinking, legal reasoning, research skills, professional ethics, and active student participation.
Research:
- Develop and maintain an active research agenda in Law or a relevant/allied discipline and contribute significantly to the advancement of legal scholarship.
- Publish high-quality research in reputed, peer-reviewed, and recognized national and international journals, books, edited volumes, and other scholarly publications.
- Present research findings at national and international conferences, seminars, workshops, and academic forums.
- Guide and supervise postgraduate and doctoral research, where applicable, and contribute to the development of research scholars.
