We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers through on-ground marketing activities. The role involves direct interaction with clients and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to promote products/services and generate sales
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas
- Explain product/service benefits clearly to customers
- Generate daily leads and convert them into confirmed sales
- Maintain customer data, follow-ups, and sales records
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for campaign execution
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work in the field
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Minimum Graduate preferred
- Prior field sales/marketing experience is an advantage
