Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, Campus recruitment and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external vendors when required.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable labor laws.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment events.
- Assist in onboarding activities and induction programs.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives across pharmacy, engineering, management, and science colleges throughout India.




- Conduct pre-placement talks, presentations, aptitude tests, group discussions, and interviews.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed , WorkIndia etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Campus recruitment initiatives across India.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
