Role Description
The Senior Operations Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Sonipat, responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations and ensuring smooth, efficient production processes.



This role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage production schedules, inventory, and logistics, while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards. The Senior Operations Executive monitors operational performance, analyzes data to identify improvements, and implements process enhancements to optimize cost, productivity, and resource utilization. Responsibilities also include supervising operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting senior management with reports and insights for strategic decision-making. The role requires hands-on engagement on the shop floor and proactive resolution of operational issues to meet customer and organizational objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations and Operations Management, with experience in production or manufacturing environments.
