*Position: State Coordination Specialist*

*Job Description:*

*Consultants, hereforth referred to as 'State Coordinators" provides critical thinking and analytical inputs to support National Health Authority's engagement with various states and UTs implementing Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY)*

*Roles and Responsibilities*
- *Provide critical thinking and analytical inputs to State Coordination division*
- *Able to work in work in cross-functional and highly dynamic environment to ensure operational excellence across all aspects of scheme implementation such as beneficiary mobilization, hospital empanelment, utilization of healthcare services, insurance claims adjudication and financial aspects.*




- *Able to engage a wide range of stakeholders across the AB PM-JAY implementation ecosystem (from senior government officials to scheme beneficiaries).*
- *Willing to travel to remote communities to evaluate performance of PMJAY*

*Required Qualification & Experience*
- *MSW/MBA/Healthcare Management/MS from a reputed and recognized University or Institution*
- *Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leading development sector organization, management consultancy, or similar type of private sector entities*
- *Must possess solid analytical capabilities*
- *Ability to gather, process and present information in a structured manner*
- *Strong social orientation and awareness of issues such as health, education, livelihoods etc.*
- *Good drafting and presentation skills*
- *Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office*
- *Fluency in multiple languages (desirable)*
