Role Description
The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic, fast-growing healthtech environment. This full-time remote role includes assisting with recruitment activities, screening applicants, scheduling interviews,



and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help with onboarding processes, organizing employee documentation, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include assisting with employee engagement initiatives, maintaining HR databases, preparing basic HR reports, and handling routine HR queries under supervision. The intern will collaborate closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to modern HR practices in a mission-driven digital health organization.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Perks.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and basic employee lifecycle support.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
