Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Home Loan Sales Officers.

Achieve monthly team sales and business targets.

Generate and follow up on Home Loan leads.

Guide the team in customer acquisition and documentation.

Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

Monitor team performance and provide regular support and coaching.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Requirements:

1-3 yeirementsars of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Banking / Financial Services sales.

Prior team-handling experience preferred.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of the local market.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
