We are looking for a energetic
YouTube Creator Acquisition & Onboarding Executive
to identify, approach, engage, and onboard high-quality creators onto
LYKSTAGE
.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working primarily with
YouTube creators
and a good understanding of the YouTube creator ecosystem. The role will focus on building LYKSTAGE’s creator network by identifying relevant creators, communicating the platform’s value proposition, managing outreach and follow-ups, and successfully converting creators into active LYKSTAGE channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist relevant
YouTube creators
across different content categories, languages, and audience segments.
- Proactively reach out to creators through email, social media, phone, creator managers, agencies, MCNs, and other relevant channels.
- Present and explain the
LYKSTAGE platform, creator benefits, monetization opportunities, and onboarding process
.




- Build relationships with YouTubers, creator managers, talent agencies, and creator networks.
- Follow up consistently with prospective creators and convert qualified leads into active LYKSTAGE creators.
- Guide creators through the complete onboarding process, including account creation, channel setup, verification, and initial content uploads.
- Work closely with internal product and operations teams to resolve creator questions or onboarding issues.
- Maintain accurate creator databases, outreach trackers, follow-up schedules, and onboarding status reports.
- Ensure onboarded creators become active on the platform and begin uploading content.
- Identify opportunities to onboard creator communities, agencies, MCNs, and creator networks at scale.
- Stay updated on emerging YouTube creators, trending categories, content formats, and creator ecosystem developments.
