Requirements:
- Candidates should have prior experience of more than 9 years in F&B; Industry (QSR, Cafe, Bakery, Fine Dining).
- Expertise in setting up the brand operations for central kitchen/retail stores and franchisee stores.
- Setting SOPs as per brand standards.
- Skilled in Operations, Training, Auditing, Recruitment/Manpower Development and Resource Management.
- Planning marketing strategies with marketing department
- Experienced in building supply-chain and vendor negotiations for the brand
- Full knowledge on food equipments and machinery.
- Knowledge on frozen bakery.
- Expertise in setting offline/online delivery operations and logistics.
- Planning current menu with Chefs and new product innovation
