Job Summary

As Legal Counsel - Global Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the legal infrastructure that enables Lattice Semiconductor to operate effectively across a growing global footprint. As Lattice grows, its workforce, geographic reach, and operational complexity have expanded significantly, particularly throughout Asia-Pacific.

In this role, based in India, you will support a broad range of legal matters spanning subsidiary governance, compliance, global operations, and employment and HR support. You will support operations broadly - general corporate, human resources, finance, tax, compliance, and business leaders worldwide to help ensure Lattice can operate efficiently while appropriately managing legal and compliance risks.

The successful candidate will join Lattices Legal Department, operating within its Corporate Governance legal team, while partnering with colleagues across the broader Legal team.

This position offers significant exposure across both the Legal Department and the broader business. This is a highly collaborative,



business-facing role that provides a unique opportunity to influence decision-making, support strategic initiatives, and help shape the legal infrastructure of a growing global public company.
Responsibilities
- Support global subsidiary governance activities, including board and shareholder approvals, maintenance of corporate records, director and officer appointments, powers of attorney, statutory filings, and other legal entity management responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions;
- Support cross-border operational matters impacting employees and business operations throughout the world, including international mobility initiatives, business travel issues, work from home arrangements, global workforce expansion efforts, and more;
- Support a broad range of employment-related matters, including local law related matters for employment agreements, employee onboarding, workplace accommodations, investigations
