Preferred Qualifications
Experience in global or multi-country implementations
Exposure to WFC ? Pro WFM migration programs
Knowledge of:
HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP)
Payroll systems and data flows
Benefits platforms and EDI standards
Familiarity with cloud integration patterns and microservices

Solid leadership and ownership mindset
Excellent stakeholder communication (business + technical)
Ability to manage complexity and multiple integrations
Proactive risk identification and resolution
Key Deliverables
End-to-end integration architecture and design documents
Reliable and scalable integration solutions
Accurate data exchange across UKG, Payroll (ADP), ERP, and HR systems
Successful go-live with minimal integration defects
Monitoring and support framework for post-go-live
