Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the design team in developing innovative solutions for complex structural projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery, meeting client expectations and timelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance to contractors.
- Develop detailed designs, calculations, and reports for submission to clients or regulatory authorities.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on design coordination and structure design.
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ASCE).
- Proficiency in software tools such as SACs/STAAD Pro/Revit/AutoCAD for designing structures.
