Position Description: We're looking for a Web Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our web operations team and help build, maintain, and optimize ibeam.ai and Attentive.ai's Webflow properties. You'll work closely with design, product & content marketing, and SEO to ship polished, high-performing web experiences - from custom interactive components to site-wide performance improvements.

This is a hands-on,



build-things role. You'll spend your time inside Webflow's Designer and Style panel, writing custom code in Embed blocks, and debugging real production issues across hundreds of live pages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop landing pages - Build and maintain landing pages that convert, from paid campaign pages to organic and evergreen ones, iterating on layout and copy placement as needs evolve.
- Publish Webflow CMS content - Manage the flow of blogs, case studies, news, and podcast content through the Webflow CMS, keeping collections structured and consistent as the content library grows.
- Create and manage reusable components - Build modular, reusable Webflow components (sections, symbols, patterns) so new pages can be assembled quickly without reinventing the wheel each time.
- GSAP animations - Bring interactivity to key pages with GSAP-powered animations - scroll-driven reveals,
