Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with robust hands-on experience in GST filing, TDS compliance, and SAP-based accounting to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end GST compliance GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C filing, reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B, and input tax credit management
- Manage TDS compliance — deduction, timely deposit, quarterly return filing (24Q/26Q), and issuance of Form 16/16A
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate day-to-day transaction recording in SAP (FI/CO modules)
- Perform vendor and customer reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals




- Support statutory and internal audits with required documentation and schedules
- Prepare MIS reports, tax computation summaries, and compliance trackers
- Coordinate with consultants/auditors for GST, TDS, and Income Tax assessments
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues (GST, TDS, PF, ESI as applicable) and maintain compliance calendars
- Support cost accounting and inventory-related accounting specific to manufacturing operations (raw material, WIP, finished goods)Role & responsibilities
