Key Responsibilities1. Internal Communication & Employee Engagement
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement end-to-end internal communication strategies including newsletters, employee emailers, and corporate intranet content.
- Collaboration: Partner with the HR department to design, plan,
and drive impactful employee engagement programs.
- Workplace Culture: Organize cultural events, team-building activities, and internal campaigns to elevate workplace culture and employee morale.
- Employer Branding: Utilize a deep understanding of Employer Branding principles to position Vimta Labs as a top employer of choice.
- Leadership Alignment: Lead internal brand-building initiatives to enhance leadership visibility and strengthen company-wide organizational alignment.
2. Content Marketing & Brand Awareness
- B2B Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive B2B content marketing strategies tailored specifically for our Pharmaceutical, Food, Environment, and Electrical & Electronic testing divisions.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing external brand visibility and accelerating lead generation.
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, write, and edit high-impac
