Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Cafe Supervisor to support the Cafe Manager in the day-to-day operations of our café. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of coffee, beverages, café service, and basic food operations, along with strong customer-handling and team-supervision skills.

The Cafe Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth floor operations, maintaining service standards, supervising staff, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Cafe Manager in managing daily café operations.
- Supervise and coordinate café staff during shifts.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the café as per SOPs.
- Monitor customer service and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Have positive working knowledge of coffee, espresso-based beverages, brewing methods, and coffee equipment.
- Ensure beverages and food are prepared and served according to company standards.
- Monitor service quality, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Support the Barista team during busy hours whenever required.




- Train and guide staff on service standards, coffee knowledge, and SOPs.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory of coffee, beverages, food items, and other operating supplies.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and barista team to ensure timely service.
- Assist with daily stock checking, wastage control, and basic operational records.
- Ensure proper cash counter and billing procedures are followed.
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and hygiene standards among the team.
- Report operational issues, staff concerns, and customer feedback to the Cafe Manager.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Take responsibility for the café in the absence of the Cafe Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in café, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality operations.
- Prior experience as a Cafe Supervis
