Role Description
This full-time in office HR Manager role is based in Ludhiana. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations,
supporting training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR documentation, collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
