GLO Preschool & Daycare is hiring dedicated and passionate Preschool Teachers to join our team in Tezpur.

We are looking for teachers who genuinely enjoy working with young children and believe in joyful, activity-based, and child-centered learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, warm, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment
- Teach preschool children using age-appropriate and activity-based methods
- Plan and conduct daily classroom activities
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, independence, and confidence in children
- Observe and support the individual learning needs of children
- Maintain classroom discipline in a positive and child-friendly manner
- Communicate effectively with parents and the school team
- Participate in teacher training sessions and implement new teaching practices
- Assist with school events, celebrations, activities, and performances
- Maintain classroom records and complete assigned academic work on time

Requirements
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Genuine interest in early childhood education




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Patient, caring, energetic, and responsible
- Positive classroom management skills
- Comfortable working with young children
- Ability to work well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
- Training or qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Experience teaching preschool or primary-school children
- Skills in arts, crafts, storytelling, dance, music, or other creative activities
- Freshers with strong English communication skills, confidence, and the right attitude may also apply
