Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who is customer-focused, professional, and confident in communication. The candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, providing information about the firm's services, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information about the firm's legal services.
- Respond to client queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with clients regarding consultations, appointments, and service requirements.
- Schedule client consultations with advocates and legal professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with advocates, legal associates, and internal departments for client requirements.
- Escalate complex client concerns to the appropriate team.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up and proper closure of client queries.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and legal matters.
- Achieve assigned customer support and follow-up targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi.
