- Requirement Gathering & Analysis Work with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements. Process Improvement Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization in business workflows. Stakeholder Communication – Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity. Documentation & Reporting – Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and project reports. Testing & Validation – Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
