- Resume screening and candidate evaluation
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Offer negotiation onboarding coordination
- Maintaining ATS recruitment trackers
- Building solid talent pipelines
Required Skills
- 1-3 years of IT recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn)
- Good understanding of IT technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel recruitment tools
Preferred
- Experience in Data / Cloud / AI / SAP hiring
- Background in IT Services / Consulting / Staffing
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
