Job Summary

At Webindia Master, we work with businesses in India and overseas on website development, e-commerce, mobile application and digital marketing projects. We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can take responsibility for these projects once they are handed over by the sales team.

You will be the main point of contact between the client and our internal team. Your role will involve understanding the client's requirements, planning the work, coordinating with designers and developers, sharing regular updates and ensuring that the project is delivered as agreed.

We are looking for someone who is organised, communicates clearly and takes ownership of their work. You should be comfortable managing several projects at the same time while maintaining a positive relationship with every client.
Responsibilities
- Take complete project handover from the sales team after the project is confirmed.
- Connect with clients to understand their business, goals, expectations, and project requirements.
- Gather complete requirements for websites, e-commerce stores, mobile applications,



and digital marketing projects.
- Collect content, images, product details, login credentials, brand guidelines, and other information required from clients.
- Prepare clear project briefs, task lists, timelines, and internal documentation.
- Explain project requirements to designers, developers, content writers, quality analysts, and marketing team members.
- Assign tasks and regularly follow up with the team to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Keep clients informed through emails, phone calls, online meetings, and regular project updates.
- Present designs and completed project stages to clients and collect their feedback.
- Convert client feedback into transparent, actionable tasks for the internal team.
- Review completed work thoroughly before sharing it with clients.
