Review existing recruitment processes and help standardize hiring workflows.
Assist in documenting recruitment SOPs and process guidelines.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and turnaround time.
Candidate Tracker Management
Maintain and regularly update the candidate tracker with accurate hiring data.
Ensure data integrity related to candidate status, interviews, feedback, and offers.
Generate basic recruitment reports and dashboards as required by the team.
General HR Support
