Job Summary

The Electrical Manager will be responsible for the overall management, operation, maintenance, safety, and reliability of the electrical systems and infrastructure across the institution's campus facilities. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure uninterrupted power supply and compliance with applicable electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Relevant electrical supervisory/technical certification as required by applicable statutory regulations.
- should preferably hold a valid Supervisory Competency Certificate (SCC)



issued/recognized by the Tamil Nadu Electrical Licensing Board (TNELB)

Experience
- 15+ years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, facility management, industrial/commercial buildings, hospitals, universities, educational institutions, or large campuses.
- Experience in managing HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, and large-scale electrical installations.
- Experience in managing electrical technicians and contractors.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance.
- Good understanding of HT/LT distribution systems.
- Knowledge of DG, transformer, UPS, AMF, and electrical protection systems.
- Knowledge of electrical safety and statutory compliance.
- Energy management and power optimization skills.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance planning.
- Project and contractor management.
- Budgeting and cost-control skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
