The Role:

We are looking for a tactical, hands-on Marketing Doer & Growth Specialist who can own the entire marketing stack end-to-end.

There are no external agencies to delegate to and no team under you. You are the complete execution engine. You will build strategy, design creatives, write copy, launch ad campaigns, edit video content, set up automated AI marketing workflows, manage B2B outreach, and track analytics yourself.

What You Will Own & Execute
- Enterprise AI Marketing & Automation:



Build intelligent marketing pipelines that connect customer data to campaign executionautomating lead nurture, personalized guest comms, agile creative generation, predictive campaign optimization, and workflow orchestration.
- AI SEO & Generative Visibility: Leverage modern AI frameworks for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), machine-assisted search intent research, automated content production pipelines, and intelligent link strategies to capture search traffic across modern search engines and AI assistants.
- Full-Stack Digital & Performance Marketing: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, organic social channels, local search visibility, CRM messaging, and lifecycle retention programs.
- B2B & B2C Marketing & Growth: Create brand decks, design B2B sales enablement collateral, drive lead generation campaigns, and execute targeted outreach for corporate stay partnerships.
